Purchase Power

As a group purchase, the program offers greater price stability to clients as the insurance market fluctuates. Participants in ANML do not share risk, and each participating entity has its own limits of liability and a choice of self-insured retentions. The combined size of the program ensures the most competitive structure in both hard and soft markets.

Security

Security is provided by leading underwriters committed to the public sector. Underwriters provide direct excess to self-insured organizations, or can provide reinsurance to public entity pools.

Broad Coverage

Coverage can be provided to all types of public agencies, including municipalities, schools, universities, transit districts, other special districts, counties, and utilities. All coverages are provided on an occurrence basis, including general liability, automobile liability, public officials Errors and Omissions liability, and employment practices liability. Nose coverage is available to assist clients that currently have claims-made coverage.
