NEWPORT BEACH, CA — William “Jib” Reagan has joined Alliant as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Tampa-based Reagan joins Alliant’s team in Florida with targeted expertise in group insurance and business transition solutions.

Reagan is an experienced employee benefits consultant with a focus on group benefit plan design, partially self-insured funding arrangements, and defined benefit contribution strategies. He has extensive experience working with government contractors, designing and implementing employee benefits solutions that provide long-term cost savings while enhancing employee well-being.
Prior to joining Alliant, Reagan was Assistant Vice President with a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Auburn University and his MBA from Saint Leo University.
