NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Alliant has added longtime employee benefits consultant James “Jimmy” Madigan as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Madigan has nearly two decades of experience as an employee benefits consultant, working with organizations across a range of industries and sizes.

As part of Alliant’s Southeast Employee Benefits team, Madigan will work with a diverse portfolio of regional and national clients as Alliant continues to grow its presence in the region. He is highly regarded for his ability to analyze clients’ objectives and deliver results that enhance employee well-being, optimize performance, and reduce costs.
Prior to joining Alliant, Madigan was Senior Vice President with a global insurance and employee benefits consulting firm. He studied business at the University of Arkansas and has both the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations.
